Also not all printers are the same. I had an Ender 3 S1 Plus and it was a fine printer when all the settings were as the printer needed.
I found that a friendly temp for PLA is 205 degrees.
I now have a CR-10 Smart Pro and it is leaps and bounds above the Ender 3.
I did temp and speed tests with the CR-10 Smart Pro and it is such a friendly printer that almost any settings still print fantastic. I even cranked it up to 150% speed with amazing results. Yes I watched for speed changes during the speed test. I now run it at 100% for normal printing with very smooth results.
While I get spikes of speeds above 100mm\s I generally average around 50mm/s. My initial layer and brim are much slower but this is normal.
These test are so you can know your printer and its limits not just filament settings.
