I have an Ender 3 v2. The temperature on the extruder keeps jumping.

Bad thermistor or broken wire on thermistor.

Or maybe just a loose screw, I was having a similar problem and when I pulled the fan shroud off the screw holding the thermistor was loose enough I could spin it with my thumb.
