The 3D printer is set to 200°C, but the temperature suddenly drops to 0°C when printing begins

The issue started when the 1.75mm filament got stuck and snapped inside the guide tube. To remove the broken filament, I used needle-nose pliers to loosen the screw securing the tube to the nozzle assembly and extracted the broken piece. I then reinstalled the screw; however, because the printer was sitting on an 8-inch-high stand, the angle made installation difficult. The next day, I moved the printer to a desk and successfully reinstalled the part. Yet, when I set the temperatures to 200°C and 60°C and started printing, the temperature would suddenly drop to 0°C and reset to the initial state, making it impossible to print. Replacing the thermistor did not solve the problem.

I would appreciate any help.

You may have broken a wire on the print head, they can be fragile. Check the thermistor and see if it is OK.

Thank you very much for your help; I checked the thermistor wire, and it is not broken.

The only thing I can think of is that it has to do with the work you did on the print head. That is the common point of failure.
You should mention the brand and model of printer, it may help someone that has worked on that type of printer before.

Mmm do you have an extra hot end assembly ? If so I would just replace the whole unit and see if it persists it might be a cooked board.
