I don’t see anything that jumps out. I don’t use simplify3d, I still think this is speed related. can you do a screen shot of the speed settings too?
The issues you are having are often related to speed. The Troodon should be able to print fast but if anything isn’t perfect there will be issues. To my mind I will suggest slower settings and see if you get good prints, then diagnose what is not spot on.
try this:
default:40mm/s
underspeed 40% (should help surface finish)
supports 50%
xy speed 100mm/s
z axis 100mm/s
Print a test cube and see if it improves. If you have not done a test tower set the temps in the middle of what ever the material recommends.
