Trouble shooting print

I am hoping someone can have a look at the attached photo and let me know what might be going wrong. I am new to 3D printing. It appears there is an issue with how the walls are printing. In a few areas the walls seem really smooth while in other there seems to be some gaps and in other areas it looks like the walls didn’t print at all. This was printed at 0.12 using the standard Prusa profile for the Ender 3 V2.

welcome. that looks like underextrusion.
Heres an explanation.

Might be good to have a quick look and see if you have a nozzle clog. is the feed gear clicking or slipping on the filament?

Here is a whole set of tuning instructions

I am with Glenn, I would suggest following the complete calibration.
