CR-M4 Creality Printer 3D Printing Canada - White Budget PLA Filament: 1.75mm
Initial print layer peels up off of the bed almost immediately. Tends to warp back towards the previous outer layer. I’ve tried slowing the print speed, increasing bed temp, decreasing nozzle temp, adjusting nozzle “Z” height, as well as experimenting with adhesives (hair spray + glue stick). Nothing seems to solve it. What are the correct troubleshooting steps to try?
Thanks for the feedback, I sorted it out, adjusted a variety of things but I think most crucially it was the “Z” offset height being too high in combination with my initial layer size being too thick. After correcting those two things it seemed to work a lot better. Additionally the wheels on my horizontal track were a bit loose which I’m sure didn’t help. I adjusted the eccentric nuts and now it is as smooth as butter.
