Hi everyone,
A customer brought their K1 Max in for maintenance as they were having print quality issues. Upon looking over the machine it became apparent that the nozzle was way past its best before date.
The customer had installed a microswiss flow-tech hotend on the printer and was printing with a 0.4mm stainless steel nozzle. My best guess is that they had been printing with carbon fiber filament as there was no apparent damage to the bed.

Always remember that if you are having print quality issues it is a good idea to check your nozzle and make sure it is still good! Also a good reminder to print abrasive materials with a hardened steel nozzle!
