Two questions. How much does speed cost you and what is the print quality actually like, not just looks but layer adhesion etc
Got to wonder what the wear and tear on a machine going that fast is, will it shake itself tom pieces?.
he only makes a side note of temp as well, As you increase the speed that much you need to increase temp to be able to extrude at that rate. I was doing some tests and at 400mm/sec I had to push the temp for PLA to 245 for it to keep up with extrusion. I was a little surprised that the temp for the filament was the first to go, Quality followed very shortly thereafter.
