I just found this thread and my machine is having the same issue! Except my connector is securely plugged in. Is there any other ways to troubleshoot this?

I’m going to pull this to a new thread just to try and keep everything a little more per topic.
Can you let us know if your hot end and bed are showing roughly room temp when the machine is just powered on and not calling for heat?
If you call for heat on the printer does the temp not rise or just it just say its not going up? What I mean by that if you physically touch the hot end does it get hot and the temp still say 21 deg? just trying to clarify the problem. If you want to post a video or picture it would be a huge help.
