Learn how to model.
Get fusion. Get freecad. Get anything and learn it.
Thatās great thanks how long did it take you to learn
Am ganna have dinner now so see you all later
well, thereās more than just that. Mechanically the little lever on the switch presses a small red plunger that should click, if it doesnāt the arm may be deformed and prevent the activation. after that there is the wire that goes into the wire loom, and attaches to the big plug at the back of the base of the printer. on the other side of that plug (inside)is a small circuit board thatās mostly a passthrough but they do go bad. then finally there is a wire that goes from that board to the motherboard, any one of those is a failure point. the easiest thing is to check all the plugs are pressed in all the way.
Toke me 2 days and morning and itās finally up and running woo woo
Thanks for all the support yesterday ganna have to install some stuff on this bad boy
Iāll send a pic of the finally print

nice job what turned out to be the issue with the Z switch?
ahh, thats too bad but what does the bottom look like? that first layer is very important. Also, the plate has to be very clean, like itās about to get a vaccination clean and not touched with hands.
well ive made theses think i have it down need a clean now should i leave brakes inbetween prints? heres the pics
Time breaks you mean? not necessarily. mine go from print to print and never had trouble but I donāt stop to clean the build plate off when itās busy. PLA is fine usually but If I have something I know is going to be a sticking problem then I take the plate off and give it a fine mist of hairspray. usually, that keeps things sticking for a dozen prints clean or not. I canāt really see detail on the bottom of that print in your photo
might be because that was the one that fell off the bed is there any up grades i should look into also a simple tool box or place to put things would be great
If its working it doesnāt need any upgrades. Might want to get some of the little fans to have on hand along with nozzles
Few noozles came with it but donāt know what size I can order some fans when I get paid or can I build them xxxx
Nozzles are like this Um2 nozzle
Fan for part cooling they are 4010 size 24volt blower type. The rest are 24volt axial type one on the front of the print head and 2 in the base for motherboard cooling.
Congrats!
So cool to see those victories. Stick with it. Have Fun!
That looks like too much overhang with no support. What does it look like in the slicer?
Looks like you are getting it dialled in, Thanks to everyone for jumping in on this with me, I had a family emergency and had to be out of the office for several days. Hopefully, I wonāt have to go away again any time soonā¦
