Do any of you own a Bambu Lab P1S or P2S? I’ve been digging through reviews and YouTube videos, and from what I’ve seen, the print quality difference between the two doesn’t look huge, even though the P2S costs noticeably more. If you own either (or both), I’d love to hear about your real-world experience. Do you feel the extra price for the P2S was worth it?
HI Samca
I have a couple of P1S printers with the AMS units, repairs on them are minimal, For the most part they are the ones my kids use. Point and shoot really. Any issues with the AMS has always been bad filament and in the first gen ones the connectors on the toolhead boards are just bad, I think they got better in the next generations.

I own both a P1S and a P2S the P1 has an original AMS and the PMS an ams2. The P2s has some refine meats that are nice the light and camera most notably. It might be slightly faster but not enough to matter. No personally its not worth it.
The ams both are a mare. unreliable and full of issues feeding. The python mod solves most of the issues so that and the AMS 1 is far better than the 2.
