Well your layer height is very large. 0.3 (with a 0.4 nozzle) is a crude rough draft. It is not intended for fine prints. You should try something like 0.1 or 0.15. these are for higher quality.
I have printed almost an entire R2 droid with these settings. It’s just recently on a few files it has not worked
Have you gotten to the calibration. all the evidence says it has slipped.
So In your slicer you should set your fans to 40% having a 40% having it at a 100% is too much cooling this could be part of the problem if you are having further problems after setting the fan the fan try only printing at 230 and 70 bed
